Buyer Agent DR was born from a simple observation — on the Dominican real estate market, as everywhere else, almost every actor represents the sellers. We chose to hold the opposite position, without compromise.
Our founding partner spent more than fifteen years structuring real estate transactions in the Dominican Republic — first developer-side, then investor-side — before observing a persistent information asymmetry to the detriment of foreign buyers.
In 2020, he founded Buyer Agent DR with the ambition of creating, on the Anglo-Saxon buyer's agent model, the first firm 100% dedicated to acquirers. Today we advise an international clientele of investors, expatriates, retirees and entrepreneurs.
Our distinction: we never sign listing mandates. This discipline is the very condition of our independence.
